Inspiration of the day - Appreciation to what is...

I once heard a saying...that Art is appreciation to what already is …

Come to think about it we come to these world empty handed and life provides us so many beautiful things waiting for us to discover them.

I haven't always been the type of person drawn to Arts ...I would have appreciated if a person has fine tastes but I didn't try myself to get out there and express my visions by creating something unic...

Only recently I have discovered this part of me , that loves to express itself through colours, painting, shapes, decorating, arts and crafts.

I think we are truly gifted all of us , and able to create something unic as long as we open our hearts and minds to it. In a world that pushes you to be and think like everyone else , it is indeed a challenge to beyourself , to be true.

But I think we have the strenght inside to bring these talents out and I really think it's important to be a support for people who create something beautiful and unic...to all the artists that dedicate their lifes to bring freshness and unicity to our lifes. Cause if we cannot do this ourselves ..at least appreciate them for what they are doing and encoraging them. That is not a hard thing to do !
So for all of you out there who are trying to make a living from arts , I wish you wonderful projects and beautiful imagination !

Keep up the wonderful work you are doing ! Cause we will continue ordering your items ! <3

As a plus ..I have attached mybest  friend's recent drawing...I know much passion she puts into what she does :)

If you have a friend who does the same thing , I think he/she would be more than happy to see his work being appreciated by someone else :)

Namaste !

Inspiration of the day - Have we ever took some time to analize our problems and worries?

Let us think for a few minutes about them.
Now let us remember the sky at night. So many shinning stars are there, each one with its own story. Some are very far, some are closer, some are big some are small, but all have something in common, they are all sun like our sun. What we see shinning is another sun far away, and all this
sun have planets surroundin them like in our own solar sistem. We have 9 planets in our solar sistem, but this stars may have 2-3 or a few hundred planets. Now lets think about the sky again, how many such stars are there? Millions... And how many planets are there? Beyond conception...
The universe is so big and so full of diversity.
Now let us think about our own planet, does is even have any importance in this universe? Will the universe not exist without planet Earth?
Now let us think about us, do we have any importance on this universe? Or even on this planet? Will the univers or earth will stop existing without us?
And now what about our problems? What is their value in this gigantic creation?
Let us open our mind and think big, the world is much bigger then our limited perception :)

Om Tat Sat Ananda Parabrahma

P.S : This pic has been taken this weekend by a friend..he did not use any effects , this is how simply the sun was lighting up the street ..it looks amazing:) so I thought I should post it :) it's the little things..I guess..

Interesting facts - ANCIENT INDIAN ASTRONOMERS

Rig Veda, the oldest and perhaps most mystical text ever composed in India, says: "With deep respect, I bow to the sun, who travels 2,202 yojanas in half a nimesha." A yojana is about nine American miles; a nimesha is 16/75 of a second. 2,202 yojanas x 9 miles x 75/8 nimeshas = 185,794 m.

So it says that sunlight travels at 186,000 miles per second! In 1387 A. D. They know the correct figure for the speed of light. Yogis were using the mala to keep track of the number of mantras. It has 109 beads, 108+1 Guru Bead. Why so?

A] The mala represents the ecliptic. It is divided into 27 equal sections called Nakshatras, and each of these into four equal sectors called paadas, or "steps," marking the 108 steps that the sun and moon take through heaven.

2] They stop at the 109th "guru bead," flip the mala and continue reciting backwards. The guru bead represents the summer and winter solstices. Using a mala is a symbolic way of connecting ourselves with the cosmic cycles governing our universe. Yet there are another astronomical references to it :
1] The distance between the earth and the sun is approximately 108 times the sun's diameter. Distance between earth & sun is 149,597,890 km and diameter of sun is 1,392,000 km i.e. 107.45 times.
2] And the distance between the earth and the moon is 108 times the moon's diameter. Distance between earth & moon is 375,403km and moon diameter is 3,476 km i.e. 108 times.
3] The diameter of the sun is about 108 times the earth's diameter. Sun diameter is 1,392,000 km and Earth diameter at equator is 12756 km i.e. Sun is 109 times that of earth. That is why Gurumani is considered as of 109th.

Autumn scent..

Hello my dear bloggers and casual visitors :-)

I know it's been a long time since I haven't penciled in anything over here. .But as you probably already experience it, one's agenda can fill in very quickly if one is an active type of person :-)

And what I want to talk about today is Autumn :-) Cause this season already gave the first signs of appearance. .At least where I am located at :-P and I don't know about you but I am simply inloved with the fresh air it brings up . There is a warm, cozy and at the same time chilli feeling that this season brings along in our lifes. Don't you think? Nature changes its colours providing us with amazing views over the way it is organizing things for the next season to come..trees changing colours, baked pumpkin its just waiting for us to enjoy it, apples. .Oranges, nuts with a combination of fruit tea and conversations under covers while sipping from a nice cup of it :-)

Maybe rain will come. Maybe will be nostalgic but I am only thankful for the beauty of this season and welcoming it with my arms wide open...

This is a good time for us to take a look back at what summer has brought us and use this time to prepare ourselves for winter, boost our immunity, have long walks in the park, fall in love. ..explore..exercise creativity ..Learn new languages and all other nice and interesting stuff that are waiting out for us! I wish you a wonderful Autumn!
