Parents...

If you really want to love someone, love the ones who would be so happy and gratefull to have you in their lives.  We waste so much of our energy on impressing the wrong people or who really cannot see or appreciate what we do for them instead of giving it to the people who cannot wait to hear our voice, or for us to smile at them, or to tell them how our day went or what we bought new lately, or what we cooked lately, or how we feel like.

Family people. Our family, weather we like it or not is our foundation, we are what we are today because of our parents! Now, I know how arogant our ass can be sometimes or how we can shut our mom's and dad's mouth just because we are so damn smart and because we can do it. Yeah we're so freaking cool. NOT! And our parents take it humbly...and make peace with it and still love us unconditionally.

What fools we are... we won't understand what they did for us until we won't get our own family and than we will miss having our mom next to us, telling us how you can deal with your partner, or your kid or your finances. We will miss our dad, to encouragge us and fight with us over what they feel it is good for us.The sacrifices they made for us, the nights our mother spent feeding us and singing to us to sleep while we were babies, all the days they fed us, walked us, dressed us, and totaly offered themselves to us.

How can we even judge them, or tell them how things are going...how can we even raise our voice to the ones who really would go through fire for us and would give up everything for us?!

Yes! that's how stupid we are! we think we know everything, but we're just a bunch of loosers and realize it only when we loose our parents, or are away from them, or have or own family to take care of...

I'm not saying some of you did not have bad experiences with family...but I know that there are out there people who will understand...

We are so stupid thinking we have the time to take them for granted...
